Texas Olive Dip

1 cup black olives
2 ounces sun dried tomatoes
3/4 cup Feta Cheese
2 cups Red Pepper Hummus
4 units Pitas
1 tablespoon evoo


Mix cheese, olives (diced), tomatos (diced) with olive oil.  Place hummus in an attractive serving bowl and spread olive mix over hummus.  Cut pitas into 6ths and toast on stove or in the oven.  Serve toasted pita chips with dip and enjoy!
