PrintEmail Ingredients 1 cup sugar1 cup light corn syrup3 -- eggs2 tablespoons butter, melted2 teaspoons vanilla extract1 cup pecan1/2 cup chocolate chips1 -- unbaked (9-inch) pie shell Instructions Beat the sugar, corn syrup, eggs, melted butter and vanilla in a large bowl. Stir in the pecans and chocolate chips. Pour into the pie shell. Cover the edges of the crust with foil to prevent excess browning. Bake at 350F for 55 to 60 minutes or until a knife inserted in the center comes out clean. Remove to a wire rack to cool. Serve with ice cream or whipped cream.
