Tequila-Marinated Pork Tenderloin

- 2-- (1-pound) pork tenderloins
- 4-- garlic cloves, sliced
- 3tablespoons fresh rosemary, chopped
- 1 1/2cups vegetable oil
- 1cup tequila
- 1/4cup fresh lime juice
- 1tablespoon pepper
- 2teaspoons salt
- Make small slits in the pork tenderloins and insert the garlic slices. Place the pork in a shallow baking dish. Sprinkle with the rosemary. Mix the oil, tequila, lime juice, pepper and salt in a bowl. Pour over the pork. Cover and marinate in the refrigerator for 8 to 10 hours. Remove the pork and discard the marinade. Grill the pork for 15 to 20 minutes or until cooked through, turning occasionally to cook evenly.
