2 -- (1-pound) pork tenderloins
4 -- garlic cloves, sliced
3 tablespoons fresh rosemary, chopped
1 1/2 cups vegetable oil
1 cup tequila
1/4 cup fresh lime juice
1 tablespoon pepper
2 teaspoons salt

  1. Make small slits in the pork tenderloins and insert the garlic slices.  Place the pork in a shallow baking dish.  Sprinkle with the rosemary.  Mix the oil, tequila, lime juice, pepper and salt in a bowl.  Pour over the pork.  Cover and marinate in the refrigerator for 8 to 10 hours.  Remove the pork and discard the marinade.  Grill the pork for 15 to 20 minutes or until cooked through, turning occasionally to cook evenly.
