Tangerine Sorbet

With only three ingredients, this sorbet is super easy.

The honey adds a nice sweetness to the fresh tangerines. If you have very sweet tangerines you can decrease the amount of honey. You can easily double this recipe. Use orange juice in place of tangerine juice, if desired.


2 cups fresh orange, tangerine juice or grapefruit juice
1/4 cup honey
1/4 cup fresh lime juice


  1. Place all ingredients in a mixing bowl and whisk to blend well. Chill well. 2. Pour into the canister of an ice-cream freezer; freeze according to manufacturer's instructions (or for granita, pour mixture into a 9-by-9-inch pan, and freeze 8 hours, scraping occasionally with a fork). Spoon into a freezer-safe container; cover and freeze 1 hour or until firm.
