Ingredients

-- Freshly squeezed tangerine juice
-- Plain yogurt
-- Fresh pineapple chunks
-- Frozen blueberries
-- Flax seeds
-- Banana

Instructions

  1. Place all ingredients in a blender. Process until smooth and thick.
