Tangerine, Pineapple and Blueberry Smoothie

Use the fruits in whatever proportion you like (on have on hand) for this quick smoothie.
- -- Freshly squeezed tangerine juice
- -- Plain yogurt
- -- Fresh pineapple chunks
- -- Frozen blueberries
- -- Flax seeds
- -- Banana
- Place all ingredients in a blender. Process until smooth and thick.
