Swiss Cheese Appetizers

A quick and easy appetizer with bacon and Swiss cheese



1 cup finely grated Swiss cheese
1/4 cup cooked and crumbled bacon (about 6 slices)
1/4 cup chopped ripe black olives
1/4 cup minced green onions
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1/4 cup mayonnaise
Pumpernickel or rye bread (about 16 slices)


  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.  Cut bread into decorative shapes if desired.  Mix together all ingredients and spread on bread.  Bake 12 to 15 minutes or until browned.
