Ingredients Meatloaf:1 pound ground beef1 1/2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce1 teaspoon salt2 tablespoons minced onions1/2 cup uncooked quick oats2/3 cup milkSauce:1/2 cup ketchup2 tablespoons vinegar4 tablespoons firmly packed brown sugar2 tablespoons minced onion6 tablespoons water Instructions Preheat the oven to 450 degrees. Combine the ground beef, Worcestershire sauce, salt, minced onions, oats, and milk. Place the meat mixture in a loaf pan. Bake for 20 minutes. For the sauce, combine the ketchup, vinegar, brown sugar, onion, and water. Pour over the meatloaf after it has cooked for 20 minutes. Reduce the oven temperature to 375 degrees, and bake the loaf for an additional 40 minutes.
