Sweet and Savory Mango Roll Ups

1/3cup whipped cream cheese
2 burrito size flour tortillas
1medium ripe mango, peeled, pitted and cut into 1/2-inch thick strips
2 green onions (green tops only)
1/2small red bell pepper, cut into thin julienne strips
3ounces very thinly sliced smoked turkey or ham


  1. Spread cream cheese over tortillas and place mango, green onion and bell pepper over 2/3 of the surface. Top with meat and roll up tightly. Gently squeeze rolls to secure ingredients then cut into 1/2-inch thick slices.
