Butter a 9-inch pie pan. Fill buttered pie pan with two-thirds full of apples. Sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon. Combine remaining ingredients in bowl and spoon over apples. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes or until golden. Serve with Cinnamon Cream Sauce. Cinnamon Cream Sauce Bring sugar, corn syrup, water and cinnamon to a boil over medium heat. Boil 4 minutes. Cool for 10 minutes. Stir in evaporated milk. Serve warm over pie.
