Breakfast for one gets a lively update with cottage cheese, strawberries and marmalade.



1 -- (1-inch thick) center slice King's Hawaiian Sweet Bread, cut in half, (reserve remaining half for another use)
1 tablespoon orange marmalade
1/3 cup cottage cheese
1/2 cup fresh sliced strawberries


  1. Toast half slice of bread until golden brown; spread with marmalade.
  2. Top with cottage cheese; arrange sliced berries over cottage cheese.
  3. Serve immediately.
