Summer Greens and Berries

  • Yield 8 servings

This fresh summer salad stars three kinds of berries and a balsamic dressing.


8 cups mixed baby greens
1/4 cup thinly sliced red onion
1 cup fresh strawberries
1 cup fresh blueberries
1 cup fresh blackberries
1/2 cup (2 ounces) crumbled feta cheese
1/4 cup sliced almonds
Balsamic Dijon Dressing:
6 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
1 tablespoon honey


  1. Combine with olive oil, vinegar, Dijon mustard and honey in a bowl and mix well.
  2. Layer the baby greens, onions, strawberries, blueberries, blackberries, cheese and almonds in a salad bowl.  Drizzle with the dressing.
