Sue’s Salsa

  • Yield 25 servings


2 whole avocado (diced)
2 whole tomatoes (diced)
1 whole red sweet pepper (diced)
1 whole yellow sweet banana pepper (diced)
1 small cucumber (diced)
1 small red onion (diced)
1 medium lime (juice squeezed into bowl on top of veggies)
2 cloves minced garlic
1 teaspoon cumin
2 tablespoons fresh cilantro
1 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon sea salt


  1. Combine everything together and serve.  Lasts for days in refrigerator.  Good with chips or crackers, or just by itself.
