Sue’s Salsa

  • Yield: 25 servings


2whole avocado (diced)
2whole tomatoes (diced)
1whole red sweet pepper (diced)
1whole yellow sweet banana pepper (diced)
1small cucumber (diced)
1small red onion (diced)
1medium lime (juice squeezed into bowl on top of veggies)
2cloves minced garlic
1teaspoon cumin
2tablespoons fresh cilantro
1teaspoon black pepper
1teaspoon sea salt


  1. Combine everything together and serve.  Lasts for days in refrigerator.  Good with chips or crackers, or just by itself.
