String Beans with Almonds

  • Yield: 4 to 6 servings


1package frozen French-cut string beans
1-- (small) can mushrroms
2tablespoons almonds (blanched)
2tablespoons butter


  1. Cook string beans by directions on package.  Sliver almonds; brown in butter, on low heat.  Add mushrooms and liquor.  When mushrooms brown, add drained beans.  Serve immediately.
