Strawberry Pie

Ingredients

1box sugar free strawberry gelatin
1/4cup boiling water
16ounces strawberry non fat yogurt
1package reduced fat graham cracker crust
8ounces frozen fat free whipped topping, thawed

Instructions

1. In large heat-resistant bowl, dissolve gelatin in boiling water.  With a wire whisk, stir in yogurt;  with wooden spoon, fold in whipped topping

2. transfer mixture to prepared crust; refrigerate overnight, or at least 2 hours.

 

Makes 8 servings, 148 calories each.
