Strawberry Fruit Dip

Serve your favorite fruit with this sensational low-calorie dip.
- 1 quart strawberries, stemmed and finely chopped
- 1/4 cup light brown sugar
- 1/4 cup orange juice
- 1 cup vanilla yogurt
- 1/2 teaspoon grated orange rind
- In a bowl, mix strawberries, brown sugar, orange juice, yogurt, and orange rind. Cover and chill. Makes 2 1/2 cups.
