PrintEmail Ingredients 1 cup low-fat vanilla Greek yogurt1 banana, sliced into coins1 cup blueberries or strawberries4 teaspoons caramel sauce or chocolate syrup2 tablespoons chopped almonds Instructions Spoon 1/4 cup yogurt into each of two juice glasses.
