Hein Van Tonder
- 1 750 ml bottle of dry rose wine
- 1cup apple juice
- 3cups fresh strawberry juice
- 1cup soda water
- 8 1/2ounces strawberries, stem on and sliced in half
- Mint leaves
- Mix the liquids in a large glass jug with 13 cup capacity. Chill for 2-4 hours.
- Add ice cubes and garnish with the strawberries and mint leaves.
