Stir-fry Chicken and Veggies

  • Yield: 2 servings


2cups chopped chicken tenderloins
1/2cup chopped onion
1/2cup chopped green pepper
1/2cup chopped red pepper
1/2teaspoon salt
1/3cup Sesame and Ginger bottled dressing
1tablespoon olive oil


  1. Brown chicken in oilive oil for 4-5 minutes, or until almost done.
  2. Add vegetables and saute for a few minutes.
  3. Add Sesame and Ginger dressing.   Mix with vegetables and chicken until warm.
