Stir-fry Chicken and Veggies
- Yield 2 servings
- 2 cups chopped chicken tenderloins
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 1/2 cup chopped green pepper
- 1/2 cup chopped red pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/3 cup Sesame and Ginger bottled dressing
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Brown chicken in oilive oil for 4-5 minutes, or until almost done.
- Add vegetables and saute for a few minutes.
- Add Sesame and Ginger dressing. Mix with vegetables and chicken until warm.
