Sticky Sesame Chick’n Wings

  • Yield 4 servings


1 package gardein™ chick’n wings (sauce not needed)
1 garlic clove, peeled and minced
1 tablespoon agave nectar or brown sugar
2 tablespoons soy sauce
2 tablespoons hoisin sauce (vegan options available)
1 teaspoon asian sesame oil
To taste - cayenne
2 teaspoons cornstarch
1 teaspoon sesame seeds, toasted
1 green onion, bias cut


  1. Add garlic, agave nectar, soy sauce, hoisin sauce, asian sesame oil, cayenne and cornstarch to a bowl and mix to combine.
  2. Meanwhile in sauté pan over medium heat, add 1 tbsp of oil. Add frozen gardein chick’n wings and cook 4-6 minutes until crispy and brown on both sides, be careful not to burn.
  3. Add sauce to the pan and cook until sauce is thick and sticky coating the wings.
  4. Garnish with sesame seeds and green onion.
