Steak Sandwich with Garlic aioli

  • Yield 4-6 servings


2 -- Ribeye steak, grilled and cut into strips
4-6 -- toasted sandwich buns
2 cloves minced garlic
1/2 cup mayo
2-4 tablespoons steak sauce
1 -- onion, sliced
1 tablespoon butter
1/4 pound horseradish white cheddar cheese


While steaks are grilling, saute sliced onions in butter until done, add A1, stir and reduce heat to low. Mix mayo and minced garlic, spread on toasted bun. After steak has rested, slice thin and assemble sandwiches.
