Squash Pie

  • Yield: 8 pieces


2cups Cooked squash (mashed)
2cups Sugar
2tablespoons self-rising flour
2medium eggs
1stick margarine
1teaspoon lemon flavoring
2teaspoons coconut flavoring


Mix together and pour into a 2 inch deep pie crust.

Bake at 350 about 40 minutes or until crust is brown.

let set for a few minutes.

May serve with or without cool whip
