Squash Pie
- Yield 8 pieces
Ingredients
- 2 cups Cooked squash (mashed)
- 2 cups Sugar
- 2 tablespoons self-rising flour
- 2 medium eggs
- 1 stick margarine
- 1 teaspoon lemon flavoring
- 2 teaspoons coconut flavoring
Instructions
Mix together and pour into a 2 inch deep pie crust.
Bake at 350 about 40 minutes or until crust is brown.
let set for a few minutes.
May serve with or without cool whip
