- Yield: 8 pieces
- 2cups Cooked squash (mashed)
- 2cups Sugar
- 2tablespoons self-rising flour
- 2medium eggs
- 1stick margarine
- 1teaspoon lemon flavoring
- 2teaspoons coconut flavoring
Mix together and pour into a 2 inch deep pie crust.
Bake at 350 about 40 minutes or until crust is brown.
let set for a few minutes.
May serve with or without cool whip
