Spinach Squares

  • Yield: 10-13 servings


1pound shredded cheddar cheese
1package frozen chopped spinach- thawed
2 eggs beaten
1/2pound melted butter or margerine
1cup milk
1cup flour
1teaspoon salt
1teaspoon baking powder


  1. Add eggs to dry ingredients. Add milk, butter, cheese and spinach.
  2. Place in 13×9 ungreased dish.
  3. Bake at 350F for 30 to 35 minutes.
