- Yield 10-13 servings
- 1 pound shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 package frozen chopped spinach- thawed
- 2 eggs beaten
- 1/2 pound melted butter or margerine
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- Add eggs to dry ingredients. Add milk, butter, cheese and spinach.
- Place in 13×9 ungreased dish.
- Bake at 350F for 30 to 35 minutes.
