Spinach Squares

  • Yield 10-13 servings

Ingredients

1 pound shredded cheddar cheese
1 package frozen chopped spinach- thawed
2 eggs beaten
1/2 pound melted butter or margerine
1 cup milk
1 cup flour
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon baking powder

Instructions

  1. Add eggs to dry ingredients. Add milk, butter, cheese and spinach.
  2. Place in 13×9 ungreased dish.
  3. Bake at 350F for 30 to 35 minutes.
