- Yield: 10-13 servings
- 1pound shredded cheddar cheese
- 1package frozen chopped spinach- thawed
- 2 eggs beaten
- 1/2pound melted butter or margerine
- 1cup milk
- 1cup flour
- 1teaspoon salt
- 1teaspoon baking powder
- Add eggs to dry ingredients. Add milk, butter, cheese and spinach.
- Place in 13×9 ungreased dish.
- Bake at 350F for 30 to 35 minutes.
