Spicy Thai Peanut Sauce

Ingredients
- 1/2cup peanut butter, creamy or chunky
- 1tablespoon fresh minced gingerroot
- 1tablespoon dark roasted sesame oil
- 1/4cup low-sodium soy sauce
- 1/4cup rice vinegar
- 2tablespoons brown sugar or palm sugar
- 2teaspoons hot chili paste or Sriracha sauce
- 6tablespoons water
Instructions
- Blend all ingredients in a food processor or blender until smooth. Add more water if a thinner consistency is desired.
