Spicy Thai Peanut Sauce

Ingredients

1/2cup peanut butter, creamy or chunky
1tablespoon fresh minced gingerroot
1tablespoon dark roasted sesame oil
1/4cup low-sodium soy sauce
1/4cup rice vinegar
2tablespoons brown sugar or palm sugar
2teaspoons hot chili paste or Sriracha sauce
6tablespoons water

Instructions

  1. Blend all ingredients in a food processor or blender until smooth.  Add more water if a thinner consistency is desired.
