Spicy Cream Cheese Rice

Ingredients

3 cups COOKED WHITE RICE
1 package CREAM CHEESE
1/2 stick BUTTER OR MARGARINE
2 cans CHOPPED GREEN CHILES

Instructions

  1. PREHEAT OVEN TO 325
  2.  IN A 13×9 GLASS DISH SPREAD HALF OF THE COOKED WHITE RICE IN AN EVEN LAYER
  3.  ALTERNATE PATS OF BUTTER/MARGARINE AND CREAM CHEESE OVER YOUR LAYER OF RICE.
  4. SPREAD ONE CAN OF GREEN CHILES OVER THE BUTTER/MARGARINE AND CREAM CHEESE.
  5. REPEAT WITH THE REMAINING INGREDIENTS.COVER WITH FOIL AND HEAT IN THE OVEN AT 325 DEGREES FOR 20-30 MINUTES OR UNTIL HEATED
