Spiced Up California Olives and Orange Salad

1 can California black olives, rinsed and drained
2 large fresh oranges, peeled and sectioned
3 large garlic cloves, crushed
2 tablespoons harrisa
1/2 tablespoon red pepper flakes
1 tablespoon Fresh parsley for garnish


  1. Mix together all ingredients, except for the pepper flakes and parsley,  in a bowl.
  2. Arrange salad on a serving dish; sprinkle pepper flakes and parsley leaves.
