Spiced Up California Olives and Orange Salad

- 1 can California black olives, rinsed and drained
- 2 large fresh oranges, peeled and sectioned
- 3 large garlic cloves, crushed
- 2 tablespoons harrisa
- 1/2 tablespoon red pepper flakes
- 1 tablespoon Fresh parsley for garnish
- Mix together all ingredients, except for the pepper flakes and parsley, in a bowl.
- Arrange salad on a serving dish; sprinkle pepper flakes and parsley leaves.
