Ingredients 4 cups pecan halves2 tablespoons olive oil1 teaspoon kosher salt1/2 teaspoon ground cayenne pepper1 1/2 teaspoons finely chopped fresh thyme1 teaspoon finely chopped fresh rosemary1/2 teaspoon black pepper1/4 cup dark brown sugar1/4 cup melted butter Instructions Preheat oven to 400F.
