Spiced Cupcakes
- Yield 2 1/2 dozen
These taste as great as they smell.
Ingredients
- 1 cup oil
- 1 1/2 cups brown sugar
- 2 -- eggs
- 1 cup buttermilk
- 2 cups flour
- 1 -- soda
- 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
- 2 teaspoons cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon cloves, ground
- 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1 cup raisins (optional)
- 1 cup nuts (optional)
Instructions
- Mix ingredients in order given. Add raisins and/or nuts. Bake in cupcake paper cups in muffin tins at 400F for 20 minutes.
Note: For coffees, bake in tiny muffin tins.
