PrintEmail Ingredients 1 cup oil1 1/2 cups brown sugar2 -- eggs1 cup buttermilk2 cups flour1 -- soda1 1/2 teaspoons salt2 teaspoons cinnamon1 teaspoon cloves, ground1/2 teaspoon nutmeg1 cup raisins (optional)1 cup nuts (optional) Instructions Mix ingredients in order given. Add raisins and/or nuts. Bake in cupcake paper cups in muffin tins at 400F for 20 minutes. Note: For coffees, bake in tiny muffin tins.
