Special Occasion Chocolate Pie

  • Yield: 6-8 servings


largebox cook & serve chocolate pudding
3-- egg yolks
2tablespoons butter
6tablespoons sugar
1/2teaspoon vanilla


  1. Mix all ingredients in saucepan. 
  2. Cook over medium heat stirring constantly until fulll boil. 
  3.  Remove from heat & let cool a couple minutes.
  4. Pour into baked 9" pie shell.

Top with meringue & bake at 400 until brown.


Cool pie and serve with whipped cream.
