Spaghetti Salad

  • Yield 4 servings


1 package Spaghetti
1/2 cup Olives
1/4 cup cucumbers
1/2 cup green onions
1/4 cup bell pepper
1/2 cup celery
1/2 tomato
1 cup Italian dressing
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
1 tablespoon Oil


  1. Slice and quarter cucumbers. Chop green onions all the way up. Chop bell pepper, tomato and celery. Use sliced olives.
  2. Cook 1 lb spaghetti with Italian seasoning and oil added to boiling water. After rinsing cooked spaghetti in cold water, add to other ingredients.  If salad feels dry, add more Italian dressing. Salt and pepper to taste.
