PrintEmail Ingredients 6 cups crumbled cornbread4 1/2 cups dry white bread crumbs8 cups chicken or turkey broth1 cup (2 sticks) butter, melted1 cup finely chopped onion1 cup finely chopped celery2 tablespoons sage2 tablespoons sugar1 tablespoon salt2 teaspoons pepper8 eggs, beaten Instructions Combine the cornbread and white bread in a bowl and mix well. Stir in the broth, butter, onion, celery, sage, sugar, salt and pepper. Add eggs and mix well. Add additional broth if mixture appears dry. Spoon into a buttered baking dish.
