PrintEmail Ingredients 1/4 cup sugar4 tablespoons butter, softened1 cup dark corn syrup1/4 teaspoon salt1 teaspoon vanilla3 -- eggs1 1/2 cups pecans1 -- (9-inch) deep dish pie shell, unbaked Instructions Preheat oven to 350F. In medium mixing bowl, cream together sugar and butter with electric mixer on medium speed. Add corn syrup, salt and vanilla, mixing well to combine. Add eggs one at at time, beating well after each addition. Stir in pecans. Pour into pie shell. Bake 45 minutes, or until pie is set. Cool and serve with whipped topping.
