It is a family favorite. This pie is a quick, unique and tasty treat for any occasion. Ingredients 1 egg1 cup sour cream1 cup sugar1 teaspoon salt1 cup California raisins2 (8-inch) pie shells Instructions Preheat oven to 425F. Beat egg and combine with other remaining ingredients (except pie shells). Pour into pie shell, and cover with top crust. Make three or four slits in the top crust. Bake 15 minutes. Reduce heat to 300F and bake pie for 30 additional minutes. Let cool and serve.
