This recipe is easy enough for children to make.


6 ounces semi-sweet chocolate pieces
1/3 cup evaporated milk
1 1/4 cups confectioners sugar, sifted
3/4 cup chopped walnuts
3 1/2 ounces flaked coconut


  1. Stir chocolate and milk in saucepan over low heat until chocolate melts.  Remove from heat and stir in sugar and nuts.
  2. Chill for a few minutes then roll into 1-inch balls.
  3. Roll in coconut.
