Snake Alley Noodles

"I have had this recipe for years and not sure where it came from. Everyone loves it but this is the first time i have shared the recipe"


1 pound small shells
2 tablespoons dry sherry
1 pound ground pork
2 cloves garlic
3/4 cup chopped green onion
1/4 cup soy sauce
4 teaspoons cornstarch
1 tablespoon ground ginger
1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper
1 pound cooked baby shrimp,rinsed and drained


  1. Cook shells according to directions.
  2. Combine soy sauce, cornstarch, sherry and 1 cup of wate. Set aside
  3. Thoroughly cook pork with ginger, garlic and red pepper over medium heat.
  4. Add green onion, stir fry one minute.
  5. Add soy sauce mixture and stir until it boils and thickens.
  6. Add shrimp. Heat through
  7. Combine with shells. Toss to combine.
