Snack Girl’s Mango Lassi Smoothie

  • Yield: servings


1cup frozen mango chunks
1cup low-fat plain yogurt (Greek works fine too!)
1tablespoon sugar
2tablespoons water
1/4teaspoon vanilla
1pinch salt
1teaspoon fresh lemon or lime juice (optional)
1/4teaspoon ground cardamom or nutmeg


  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender and process until smooth. Pour into glass with ice (optional ice) and enjoy!
