Smoked Boneless Ribs

  • Yield 4 servings


12 pieces boneless country-style pork ribs
2 tablespoons lemon pepper
2 tablespoons minced garlic
1 quart Lemon juice for marinade
2 quarts lemonade for smoker pan
1 cup mesquite chips


  1. Rub ribs with mixture of lemon pepper and minced garlic. Add lemon juice. Refrigerate for at least an hour. In the meantime, start a charcoal fire and allow it to burn down to coals.  When fire is ready, fill the smoker pan with lemonade and some mesquite chips, while it is sitting on its holder atop the fire (important:  moving it after it's full can be very messy).   Place marinated ribs on grill and grill for 30-45 minutes.
