Slow Cooker Roast Beef

"This recipe was given to me by a friend and it is so easy and delicious. I belong to a card league on the internet and we have a 'recipes to share' column. This is a yummy one and oh so easy to make. I usually serve this over cooked wide noodles or cooked rice."

Ingredients

2 cans of cream of mushroom soup
1 can of water
1 packet of dry onion soup mix
1...4-5 lb. chuck roast or pot roast

Instructions

  1. Put first 3 ingredients in slow cooker and mix until blended. Add roast and turn to coat both sides. Slow cook on low for 8-10 hours depending on size of roast.
