Slim and Frosty Fruit Shake

This healthy milk shake is thick and full of fresh fruit.


1/2 cup skim milk
1 cup cream-style low fat (1%) cottage cheese
1 1/2 cups chilled cut-up fresh fruit (strawberries, peaches, cantaloupe, blueberries, or raspberries
1 banana
1 cup ice cubes
2 tablespoons frozen lemonade concentrate


  1. Place all ingredients into blender container. Cover; process on high until smooth.
Note: For extra frosty shake, freeze peeled banana several hours before using.
