Slim and Frosty Fruit Shake

This healthy milk shake is thick and full of fresh fruit.
- 1/2 cup skim milk
- 1 cup cream-style low fat (1%) cottage cheese
- 1 1/2 cups chilled cut-up fresh fruit (strawberries, peaches, cantaloupe, blueberries, or raspberries
- 1 banana
- 1 cup ice cubes
- 2 tablespoons frozen lemonade concentrate
- Place all ingredients into blender container. Cover; process on high until smooth.
