Slim and Frosty Fruit Shake

1/2cup skim milk
1cup cream-style low fat (1%) cottage cheese
1 1/2cups chilled cut-up fresh fruit (strawberries, peaches, cantaloupe, blueberries, or raspberries
1 banana
1cup ice cubes
2tablespoons frozen lemonade concentrate


  1. Place all ingredients into blender container. Cover; process on high until smooth.
Note: For extra frosty shake, freeze peeled banana several hours before using.
