Sledge cookies

  • Yield: 4 dozen

Ingredients

2sticks butter (not margarine)
1cup white sugar
2-- eggs
1cup dark brown sugar
1teaspoon cinnamon
1teaspoon baking soda
2tablespoons vanilla
2 1/4cups flour
2 1/4cups oatmeal
12ounces chocolate chips
12ounces butterscotch chips
8ounces Heath Bar Crunch

Instructions

 

  1. Drop by spoonfuls onto parchment paper
  2. Bake at  350 degrees,  8-10 minutes
  3. Do NOT over bake- they should be soft
  4.  
  5. This makes several dozen cookies which I store in the freezer.
