Skinny Quesadillas

  • Yield: 4 servings


2cups frozen grilled chicken, thawed
4large wheat tortilla shells
1cup grated sharp cheddar cheese, light
1cup chopped onion
-- Sour cream, light


  1. Mix chicken, cheese, and onion.  Spread over two tortilla shells.  Top with remaining two shells.  Place in greased casserole dish.  Bake at 350F for 15 minutes.  Cut into 8 triagles.  Top with sour cream.
