Skinny Quesadillas

  • Yield 4 servings

Kids will love these quick-and-easy quesadillas.


2 cups frozen grilled chicken, thawed
4 large wheat tortilla shells
1 cup grated sharp cheddar cheese, light
1 cup chopped onion
-- Sour cream, light


  1. Mix chicken, cheese, and onion.  Spread over two tortilla shells.  Top with remaining two shells.  Place in greased casserole dish.  Bake at 350F for 15 minutes.  Cut into 8 triagles.  Top with sour cream.
