- Yield: 4 servings
- 2cups frozen grilled chicken, thawed
- 4large wheat tortilla shells
- 1cup grated sharp cheddar cheese, light
- 1cup chopped onion
- -- Sour cream, light
- Mix chicken, cheese, and onion. Spread over two tortilla shells. Top with remaining two shells. Place in greased casserole dish. Bake at 350F for 15 minutes. Cut into 8 triagles. Top with sour cream.
