Skinny Berry Shake
- Yield 4 servings
This easy to prepare shake is great for breakfast or a healthy snack.
- 1 cup organic strawberries
- 1 cup organic blueberries
- -- Juice of 1 lemon
- 1 small piece fresh ginger, finely grated
- 1/2 cup ice cubes
- Combine all ingredinets in an electric blender and process until smooth. Pour into 4 glasses and garnish each with a fresh mint sprig.
