Skinny Berry Shake

  • Yield 4 servings

This easy to prepare shake is great for breakfast or a healthy snack.

Ingredients

1 cup organic strawberries
1 cup organic blueberries
-- Juice of 1 lemon
1 small piece fresh ginger, finely grated
1/2 cup ice cubes

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredinets in an electric blender and process until smooth.  Pour into 4 glasses and garnish each with a fresh mint sprig.
