Fried Chicken Salad

  • Yield 3/4 servings


1 pound chicken
2 tablespoons plain yogurt
1 1/2 teaspoons chili powder
1 teaspoon garlic paste
1 teaspoon ginger paste
-- vegetable oil (as required for deep fry)
-- salt (as needed)
for the salad
-- half red onion
1 -- cucumber
1 -- tomato
2 -- green chilies
1 -- spoon fresh lemon juice


clean the chicken and drain the water properly. now mix all the ingredients together and leave it in the refrigerator for an hour.
heat the oil in a non-stick frying pan. fry the chicken until it is golden.

cut the onion, cucumber, tomato, chilies into small pieces and mix them all with the lemon juice and salt.

serve fried chicken and salad together.
serves 3/4 people
