Simple Lemon Yogurt Sauce
- Yield 4 servings
Ingredients
- 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh flat-leaf parsley
- 1 garlic clove, crushed
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon finely grated lemon rind
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1.4 teaspoons black pepper
Instructions
- Place all ingredients into a small mixing bowl and whisk until thoroughly blended. Serve with Coriander-Spiced Chicken or Lamb Kebabs.
