Simple Chicken Dinner
- Yield 1 servings
- 5 ounces Boneless, skinless chicken, frozen
- 1 dash Pepper
- 1 dash Pappy's Spice
- 1 dash Garlic powder
- 5 ounces Fresh Cauliflower
- 5 ounces Fresh Broccoli
Take the chicken, and microwave it for about four minutes, just enough to get it defrosted. Then, take the chicken, and put it on a grill. Keep the heat low, at about 2 or 3 and cover the chicken with a lid. After about five minutes, turn the chicken over and sprinkle Pappy's, the garlic powder and the pepper on the chicken.
While that is cooking, take the broccoli and cauliflower in a bowl with 3 oz water, and microwave it on high for 7 minutes.
Check the middle of the chicken to make sure it's cooked and put in on a plate with the cooked broccoli and cauliflower. Just like the new guidelines, 2/3 of the plate will be fresh vegetables and 1/3 of the plate will be protein!

90 Calories for the vegetables for a total of:
265 Calories. Pretty good for a great, filling dinner!
