You are here: Home » Recipes » Shrimp Toast Shrimp Toast Recipe by DeborahHaake Yield 6-8 servings PrintEmail Ingredients 4.5 oz. cans medium shrimp1 cup cup Mayo1/4 cup minced onion4 oz. ounces shredded cheese1 tsp teaspoon lemon juice1/8 tsp. teaspoon garlic powder1 package 3 mini french bread loafs (baguettes)1/2 cup cup butter, softened Instructions Mix the shrimp, mayo, onion, cheese, lemon juice and garlic powder together. Slice baguettes thin and spread butter on one side. Put the butter side face down on a large cookie sheet that has been sprayed with Pam cooking spray, and spread the shrimp topping on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 10-12 minutes. Makes about 21 slices, depending on the thickness of your slices.
