Shrimp Toast

  • Yield 6-8 servings


4.5 oz. cans medium shrimp
1 cup cup Mayo
1/4 cup minced onion
4 oz. ounces shredded cheese
1 tsp teaspoon lemon juice
1/8 tsp. teaspoon garlic powder
1 package 3 mini french bread loafs (baguettes)
1/2 cup cup butter, softened


Mix the shrimp, mayo, onion, cheese, lemon juice and garlic powder together.  Slice baguettes thin and spread butter on one side.  Put the butter side face down on a large cookie sheet that has been sprayed with Pam cooking spray, and spread the shrimp topping on top.  Bake at 350 degrees for 10-12 minutes.  Makes about 21 slices, depending on the thickness of your slices.
