Shrimp Jean Lafitte

Ingredients
- 3pounds large shrimp
- 1/4cup chopped parsley
- 1/4cup green onions
- 2tablespoons chopped green pepper
- 1/2cup chopped mushrooms
- 2slices bacon, chopped
- 1large garlic clove, minced
- 1tablespoon chopped pimento
- 1/2teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 2sticks butter
- 1/4teaspoon salt
- 1/4cup dry white wine
- 1tablespoon lemon juice
- 1/2cup bread crumbs, unseasoned
Instructions
- Peel shrimp and place in baking dish in single layer. Combine remaining ingredients in food processor. With steel blade in processor, turn on and off several times. Scrape down sides until mixture is smooth. Spread evenly over shrimp. Place in 350F oven just until shrimp turns pink (about 10 minutes).
