Shrimp Dip with Cream Cheese
- Yield 6 servings
"A simple and delicious dip for when you have friends over."
- 2 (6-ounce) cans small shrimp, drained
- 1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese
- 1/2 small onion, grated
- 2 tablespoons ketchup
- 1 tablespoon horseradish
- 3/4 teaspoon salt to taste
- 3/8 teaspoon pepper to taste
- Combine all ingredients and stir together.
- Refrigerate for 4 hours before serving with crackers.
