Slightly sweet, the vinaigrette is perfect over your favorite mixed greens.
- 3/4 cup rice vinegar
- 1/3 cup vegetable oil
- 1/4 cup packed brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- Combine vinegar, vegetable oil, brown sugar, soy sauce and sesame oil in a jar with a tight fitting lid. Shake until mixed well. Makes 1 1/3 cups.
