Sesame Dressing

  • Yield 10 (2-tablespoon) servings

Slightly sweet, the vinaigrette is perfect over your favorite mixed greens.


3/4 cup rice vinegar
1/3 cup vegetable oil
1/4 cup packed brown sugar
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 tablespoon sesame oil


  1. Combine vinegar, vegetable oil, brown sugar, soy sauce and sesame oil in a jar with a tight fitting lid. Shake until mixed well. Makes 1 1/3 cups.
