- 1cup butter
- 1cup brown sugar
- 1-- egg
- 1teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2cups sifted flour
- 8-- plain milk choc. bars
- 1/2cup finely chopped walnuts
In a bowl, cream the butter & sugar until fluffy. Beat in the egg & vanilla. Add sifted flour and mix well.
Spread mixture on a 11 x17 in. jelly roll pan.
Bake at 350 for 15 min. and place choc. bars on top of hot cookie. Spread the choc. and sprinkle with chopped nuts.
Cut into squares. Enjoy!
