Bring to a boil. Remove from stove. Add the peanut butter. Put rice krispies in a large bowl. Pour the syrup mixture over top and stir. Pour into greased 9 x 13 cake pan. Melt chocolate chips and butterscotch chips and spread over top of rice krispies mixture. Let cool.
