Scotcharoos
- Yield 1+ dozen
Ingredients
- 1 cup Sugar
- 1 cup Light Karo Syrup
- 1 cup Peanut Butter
- 5 cups Rice Krispies
- 1 cup Semi-sweet Chocolate Chips
- 1 cup Butterscotch Chips
Instructions
Put sugar and syrup in a sauce pan. Bring to a boil. Remove from stove. Add the peanut butter. Put rice krispies in a large bowl. Pour the syrup mixture over top and stir. Pour into greased 9 x 13 cake pan. Melt chocolate chips and butterscotch chips and spread over top of rice krispies mixture. Let cool.
